The Job
The Company
My client is looking for a freelance Construction Manager/Project Manager to join their team to look after a CAT A commercial office fit out. Based in the West End of London to project runs until the end of September, although there is likely to be work after for the right candidate.
The Role
You need to have excellent planning and organisational skills, be able to build rapport with a range of people and work to high standards ensuring attention to detail. With experience in a similar role, having worked previously on high end residential projects.
The project will be with a prestigious client so having experience in a client facing role will be of advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
It is a prerequisite that you have a CSCS manager’s card and a valid SMSTS, as well as Health and Safety certification.
