Our EPC Business Line is looking for experienced Site Managers to support our construction projects in Ireland. These projects and these Site Managers can be based in different locations, such as, Dublin, Galway or Longford.

The Site Manager is responsible for the management, coordination, and realization of all the site activities for the construction of the project:

  • Manage the site team (except HSE), namely site supervisors (mechanical, electrical, civil, warehouse manager and quality managers);
  • Responsible for all subcontractors work: make sure all HSE documents are dully validated before entrance on site, that the works are conducted as per these HSE documents;
  • Assure production rates are being followed by Subcontractors on site, and Project Execution is in line with Contractual Requirement;
  • Coordinate and assure execution of all site works, assuring compliance with Technical Requirements, Project Execution Design and Permits;
  • Assure Good Quality of Executed works;
  • Establish and maintain on site offices and facilities;
  • Report daily to the Project Manager the project site progress; Elaborate weekly reports;
  • Report and mitigate any risk subject to cause delay or additional cost to the project;
  • Propose added value alternatives regarding project execution;
  • Present Return of Experience on executed works on site.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have/ be:

  • Technician degree in Electronics, Mechanical or Civil Engineering;
  • Between 2 and 5 years of working experience in a relevant role on construction projects (preferably in the energy sector);
  • Good knowledge of tools and techniques or project schedules/ planning / reporting (able to work with planning software);
  • Fluent in English, other languages would be a plus;
  • Knowledge of HSE requirements;
  • Available for displacements across Ireland.
