Responsibilities:
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met and reviewing progress
- Keep the project team updated and informed on a daily basis regarding progress
- Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Manage activities that could impact the environment
- Implement Environmental guidelines (documentation and support from the appointed ECO)
- Manage and control site access and report incidents
- Record site activities, personnel and equipment on site on a daily basis
- Report and act on unsafe practices immediately to the appointed H&S Officer
- Check, measure and observe activities as requested by the project team
- Record and verify quantities measured on site
- Attend and participate at site meeting
