Stacy and Witbeck is seeking a Vice President of Finance who will oversee all financial matters for the organization. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance

  • -equivalent proven experience as a substitute
  • 10+ years in an accounting position preferred with 5+ years of managerial experience required.
  • Understanding of tax law, regulations, and financial reporting
  • Sophisticated communication skills
  • Occasional travel required

Job Description and Duties:

  • Serve as a financial advisor to the CFO and executive team.
  • Oversee all sides of accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation collaboration.
  • Oversee and track revenue and expenses.
  • Lead and manage the G&A budgeting process.
  • Review financial data for analysis and forecasting with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance
  • Traditional financial health of the organization includes quarterly, annual, and 5-year forecasting
  • Includes forecasting to year-end to base tax payments upon.
  • Familiarity with construction accounting required
  • Joint Venture accounting required
