Description:
We are looking for Construction Worker for our Scarborough location. Shift: Monday -Friday 7am-3.30pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of construction experience, or a proven track record in a related field.
- Experience with forming work, layout, and tying rebar.
- Familiarity with concrete pouring, leveling, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to install vinyl and ceramic flooring materials.
- Experience replacing windows and doors, working with both metal and wood.
- Knowledge of block and brickwork repair methods.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
- Must be reliable and available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Assist with various construction projects including new office buildings and renovations.
- Participate in forming work, layout, and tying rebar for concrete structures.
- Assist with pouring concrete, ensuring proper leveling and finishing.
- Install vinyl and ceramic flooring materials.
- Replace windows and doors, working with both metal and wood frames.
- Perform repairs to block and brickwork.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures as outlined on the job site.
- Take direction from supervisors and work collaboratively with other team members.
- May be required to work on weekends and holidays to meet project deadlines.
