POSITION SUMMARY
This is a Constructive Simulation Specialist Systems Engineer position at the Global Simulation Capability, National Simulation Center, Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) Support Operations (SO) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. Trideum is seeking the best-qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. The expected award and start work date is late April 2024.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (IS, IT, or associated discipline)
- Experience administering server-side technology and networked computing systems
- Working knowledge of SQL and DB operations
- Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with constructive simulation systems used in military training environments, such as JLCCTC or other relevant platforms
- Knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of simulation systems, including SW installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies, cloud services, and network security practices
- DoD IAT II Certification
- United States Citizen
- Active SECRET Security Clearance
Responsibilities:
- Conducts overall management coordination for all technical, networking, simulation, exercise design, and administrative support
- Assists the Government in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of simulation systems and tools, and exercise and training events
- Provides strategic solutions for standardizing technology, technical documentation, and technical support models across the site(s)
- Attends training, seminars, conferences, exercise/experiment planning events, site surveys, and training events.
