POSITION SUMMARY
This is a Constructive Simulation UE (Upper Enclave) Specialist (Systems Engineer) position at the Global Simulation Capability, National Simulation Center, Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) Support Operations (SO) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. Trideum is seeking the best-qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. The expected award and start work date is late April 2024.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related field) / 3 years of experience within the past 5 years of planning advanced computer system architectures, supervising implementation of communication systems, and integrating computer systems and interfaces in distributed architectures
- 3 years of experience within the past 5 years operating and maintaining infrastructures that include network engineering, Linux and Windows system administration, and storage engineering solutions
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the JLCCTC systems, particularly focusing on the UE aspect
- Knowledge and understanding of how JLCCTC integrates with other military simulation systems and training architectures
- Knowledge and proficiency in systems engineering within JLCCTC, including system design, integration, and testing
- Knowledge and understanding in providing CSSM for UE to monitor, operate, and oversee GSC JLCCTC RM, TCSP, and any other cross-domain security devices that function with the SECRET and TS SCI classification
- United States Citizen
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
Responsibilities:
- Conducts overall management coordination for all technical, networking, simulation, exercise design, and administrative support
- Assists the Government in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of simulation systems and tools, and exercise and training events
- Provides strategic solutions for standardizing technology, technical documentation, and technical support models across the site(s)
- Attends training, seminars, conferences, exercise/experiment planning events, site surveys, and training events.
