As a consultant, you will review business processes seeking to improve compliance, risk and performance outcomes. The role is tasked with the following:

  • Working collaboratively in the end-to-end delivery of engagements, covering areas such as organisational governance, financial assurance, legislative compliance, process redesign, cyber, performance and risk management
  • Assisting clients in developing strategies to address internal control weaknesses and mitigate business risk exposures
  • Contributing to the delivery of high-quality work papers to inform the development of consultant opinions and recommendations
  • Preparing and presenting concise high quality written reports
  • Engaging with clients to build strong, professional relationships
  • Adhering to professional standards
  • Using industry leading technology including data analytics software

Ideally you have:

  • Previous experience in undertaking consultancy services or internal audits. Alternatively, previous experience in external audit, compliance and risk management, governance or project management
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional accreditation’s and qualifications
  • Preferably a minimum of 3+ years of experience

Note: Due to the requirements for working with federal government clients, Australian citizenship is mandatory. Candidates will have the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance at the minimum.
