Responsibilities:
A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE…
Working within a Workforce Australia specialist contract; Ex-Offenders Program you will manage a diverse caseload, work with clients to increase their readiness to sustain employment, upskill and retrain them and create opportunities for them via referrals and direct marketing to local employers. You will identify and develop collaborative relationships with clients and employers; with a focus on securing successful job placements and supporting new business opportunities.
This position is full-time, fixed-term role until June 2025 with possibility of extension, based in our Nambour office. Working hours 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday.
