As a Consultant in our Enablement and Adoption team, you will drive elements of the planning, scoping and delivery of end-to-end business change for a variety of transformation projects across industries.
You will have access to market-leading frameworks that have been successfully implemented on high profile projects by our team, whilst having a positive social impact at the heart of what we do. We are looking for people who share our values, as well as a passion for positive change.

Within the role you will have responsibility for bringing your change management and transformation expertise along with broader consulting skills to:

  • Help clients solve complex issues by performing analysis, providing recommendations and utilising a combination of consulting experience, industry knowledge, tools and technology to act as a trusted advisor;
  • Develop work plans for components of client engagements and leading the delivery of defined project objectives;
  • Collaborate with a range of stakeholders both internally within Deloitte and in client organisations;
  • Lead teams of client and Deloitte resources to shape and deliver programme workstream outcomes and coaching junior team members;
  • Provide subject matter expertise on change management and producing high quality deliverables;
  • Support business development by contributing to new business proposals, taking roles in industry and account teams and influencing key decision-makers; and
  • Contribute to internal practice development by participating in proposition, methodology and point of view development activities and supporting knowledge capture and sharing.

The technical nature of your change management experience is expected to include:

  • A material delivery role in at least one of the following types of programmes:
  • Technology implementation;
  • Operational process transformation;
  • Behaviour and culture transformation;
  • Organisation / operating model transformation;
  • Planning and delivering end-to-end business change with a deep expertise in the lifecycle of change activities, to include change strategies, stakeholder management, communications and engagement, business readiness and training & learning solutions;
  • Managing and influencing clients and key stakeholders;
  • Mentoring and managing others in a team;
  • Planning, commercial and risk management, governance and reporting; and
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills including facilitation and presentation.

Additional desirable experience includes:

  • Consulting or industry experience;
  • Delivering change activities for system implementations such as Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA;
  • Delivering change activities for technology transformations including Cloud & Digital and Gen AI;
  • Delivering data-driven change, using tools such as PowerBI and Tableu;
  • Delivering change activity automation and/or change management as a service;
  • Delivering change management in waterfall, agile and hybrid agile programmes;
  • Working with near / offshore teams in a managed services delivery model; and
  • Contributing to business development, including supporting bids for new clients.
