The position

By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead Equinor’s contract team on awarded strategic framework agreements through the role “Company’s Representative”.
  • Represent Equinor towards some of our most important suppliers and work together with colleagues, to ensure reliable and competitive deliveries that meet Equinor’s needs.
  • Participate in development of the future model for supplier relations.
  • Participate in strategic procurement processes.
  • Lead and participate in selected improvement initiatives.
  • Drive forward the Equinor agenda of HSE and make this our main priority through constant follow-ups with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance and standardised contract management.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with focus on supply chain management (Applicants with different education and relevant experience will be considered).
  • High level of experience within HSE and risk- and performance mangement.
  • High level of understanding of, and experience with risk awareness and risk management.
  • Experience with contract management; preferably within supply chain.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • A commercial mindset – structured and result oriented.
  • The ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Norwegian (written and verbal).
