Job Description
Concentrix Australia has a great opportunity available for a highly experienced and skilled Consultant - CX Workforce Management Solutions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer-centric strategies, assessments, and consulting, along with expertise in workforce management, project management, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
The Consultant - CX Workforce Management Solutions will play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimising our clients’ customer experiences through our proprietary framework “Discover, Assess, Design, Recommend, Implement & Improve” by providing insightful recommendations, implementing effective solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Conducting Business Assessments & Consulting

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ customer experience strategies, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide strategic consulting to clients, offering actionable insights and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Project Management

  • Lead and manage customer experience improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and align with organizational goals.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and project teams, addressing concerns and ensuring client expectations are met

Process Management

  • Identify, design, and implement customer-centric processes to streamline operations and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate processes, recommending improvements and adjustments as needed.
