Description:
The National University Centre for Oral Health, Singapore (NUCOHS) is seeking an experienced, passionate and competent Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our dynamic team of specialists providing comprehensive oral healthcare.
As a leading public oral health centre in Singapore, NUCOHS is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and advancing oral health through education, research and quality improvement initiatives. The oral and maxillofacial surgery division provides comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of diseases, injuries, and defects affecting the oral cavity, jaw, head, and neck region.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A dental degree recognized by the Singapore Dental Council with current or eligible registration.
- Completed basic and advanced training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery recognized by the Singapore Dental Council and accredited as a specialist in the Specialist Register.
- Previously held a position of Associate Consultant and preferably Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon or equivalent.
- Proven surgical skills and experience with procedures such as in the full basic scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery especially maxillofacial trauma and/or reconstruction.
- Willingness to be located in different hospitals within the NUHS cluster depending on manpower needs
- A passion for collaborating in our team environment and delivering positive patient experiences.
- Enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring students and residents.
- Motivation to pursue impactful research and participate in academic activities.
- Drive to lead quality improvement initiatives that fulfil NUCOHS’ mission.
