We have an exci ing oppor uni y for a Consul an , Digi al Sales S ra egy. he role will drive he Digi al Sales s ra egy wi h a goal o uplif Digi al Sales bo h in opens volume and in digi al channel share. In addi ion, his role will priori ise and drive he delivery of key ini ia ives ha uplif he digi al sales experience in order o mee hese ambi ious goals.

  • Achieving he digi al sales por folio arge s and driving he increase in channel share con ribu ion
  • Driving he delivery of he end- o-end digi al sales s ra egy for por folio produc s
  • Manage he delivery of digi al sales ini ia ives: drive and coordina e sprin s wi h relevan delivery squads; iden ify user needs, commercial oppor uni ies and ensure he ini ia ive posi ively con ribu es o he achieving he sales arge
  • Suppor ing he delivery of agreed ini ia ives ou lined in he digi al sales roadmap on ime, o budge and o quali y s andards leveraging squad resources as appropria e
  • Have an experimen a ion mindse enabling you o provide es and arge op imiza ion recommenda ions across digi al asse s and he produc por folio, driving he incremen al uplif of sales.
  • Assis ing wi h iden ifying new digi al channels, ini ia ives or oppor uni ies ha can be u ilised for digi al sales.
  • Have he finger on he pulse and be across bes prac ice digi al sales experiences ex ernal o NAB and bring back o posi ively influence NAB’s cus omer experience
  • Developing s ra egic ra ionale, modeling, and recommenda ions, o be presen ed o senior NAB s akeholders for approval and o suppor decision making
  • Work closely wi h key s akeholders of he funnel value chain (Produc , Marke ing, Form Experience eams) o drive improvemen s across he E2E sales journey

Wha you will bring:

You will have demons ra ed experience working in a similar Digi al Sales role wi h s rong analy ics skills and working knowledge of he Produc Ownership process, preferably wi hin a large corpora e organisa ion ideally in he Financial Services sec or. In addi ion, you will have:

  • A s rong background in funnel analysis and conversion op imisa ion, unders anding wha drives all par s of he E2E digi al sales funnel
  • Use da a s ory elling o communica e findings and recommenda ions o s akeholders
  • S rong experience in digi al analy ics (Adobe Analy ics, Google Analy ics or similar)
  • Able o collabora e wi h s akeholders across he value chain o iden ify why users drop ou and develop recommenda ions on wha can be done o reduce/s op leakage
  • Demons ra e a proac ive focus on he cus omer and driving ou comes
  • Proven abili y o influence posi ive ou comes across a wide s akeholder ne work
