LOCATION:

Located in the heart of Gippsland only a few KM’s from the coast this popular East Gippsland town is surrounded by national parks, forests and beaches. The town has Recharge at the town is a popular stop off point and has excellent cafes, bakeries and galleries. From here you can take a drive into the Snowy River National Park through tall forests to get a good look at the Little River Gorge – Victoria’s deepest gorge – and Little River Falls, a 600-metre high waterfall. On your door step are the dramatic coastlines, sheltered bays, and endless golden beaches. This is also a popular place for river and estuary fishing, water-based activities and relaxing on the beach.

The Requirements:

• To apply you must be registered as a Specialist with AHPRA and hold the FACEM
• Candidates sitting the fellowship clinical examinations are welcome to apply
• IMGs assessed by ACEM and deemed Substantially Comparabl

The Emergency Medicine Consultant will provide senior Medical Support, in conjunction with other medical officers, in Emergency Medicine. This will occur within the principles of care coordination, where patients/clients/residents have access to a highly coordinated health care and community support system.
Full time and Part time positions considered.
