Responsibilities:
- Development of Employee Engagement frameworks, approach, and capability.
- Working with key stakeholder to refine question sets and design expectation employee experiences.
- Partner with technology providers and other parts of the business to implement effective listening technologies.
- Work with keys stakeholder to support the design, implementation, and delivery of action planning across the group.
- Partner with different parts of the business to understand their strategy and how to align their organisational priorities.
- Understand business objectives and drivers to assess engagement requirements.
- Staying current on best practice employee engagement approaches and apply subject matter expertise to engagement and listening activities.
- Leverage data analytics to deliver key Employee Engagement insights
