  • Ac ively source Firs Na ions alen by leveraging sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Seek alen , Firs Na ions publica ions, MyMob and communi y connec ions.
  • Rela ionship managemen of hird-par y vendors rela ing o your por folio.
  • Opera e as a rus ed advisor for Firs Na ions recrui men by presen ing ex ernal insigh s, indus ry knowledge, rends, forums, da a and insigh s.
  • Par ner wi h s akeholders and alen acquisi ion o influence Firs Na ions hiring ou comes and deliver bes prac ice o posi ively impac Hiring Manager and Candida e Experience.
