We’re now looking for a Consultant to join the McKinney Rogers team to build great client relationships by supporting client engagements and to drive new business development with existing clients. You’ll translate client needs into quality business execution solutions to transform their financial, leadership and organizational performance.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Leadership Recognized as a high potential leader in business execution best practice and results delivery
  • Engagement management Responsible for leading client projects
  • Business development Originate opportunities and develop proposals to win high value engagements from new and existing clients
  • Firm building Contribute to the development of the business (Brand building, innovation, thought leadership, recruitment etc)

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

  • Strong and well developed problem solving skills
  • Clear measurable evidence of having succeeded in challenging situations and delivering results
  • Track record of leading and pulling together teams and delivering substantial achievements through inspirational leadership
  • Military leadership experience highly desirable

Industry experience - experience in at least one of the following industries is preferred

  • Retail & Consumer Packaged Goods
  • Beverage/Alcohol
  • Technology, Media & Telecoms
