As a Consultant, you will have your own portfolio of clients and be responsible for providing a high-level advisory service to a wide range of staff members across the Logan and Beaudesert Health Service; and providing end-to-end case management of complex employee related matters.
The role will require the successful candidate to work largely autonomously, within a team that share the same strategic priorities and who work together to ensure service delivery is consistent; Consultants are well supported and are provided clear direction.
With a focus on lifelong learning and professional development opportunities that ensure the Human Resources team has the appropriate knowledge and skills to effectively carry out their duties, this role provides a great opportunity to individuals at any stage of their career.About You: We are looking for a highly capable and motivated individual that will bring their own unique personal and professional experiences to the team.
