Description:
Designation: Consultant (Manager, Indonesia)
Type of employment: Consultant, full time
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (currently remote working, will transition to working from the company office and on-site as required).
No. of years of work experience: 5-9 years
Duration of contract: Till Dec 2024 – renewable till end of project (July 31, 2025)
Travel: Candidate should be open to domestic (~20-30%) and international travel as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Public Health, or related field.
- 5-9 years of work experience in communications, digital media, social media campaigns.
- Experience managing teams.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for health communication and advocacy, and a commitment to our clients’ mission and goals in the health-related industry.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Advanced Word and PowerPoint skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL SKILLS
- Strong communication skills (English and Bahasa)
- Experience working across cultures and geographies
- Attention to detail, with a keen eye for developing high-quality creative content
- Experience in communications training
- Ability to work within short timelines
