WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

To set up our next team member for success, we are looking for demonstrable

  • Experience in marketing campaign execution in a Banking and Finance environment highly regarded but not absolutely necessary
  • Outstanding time management, confidently able navigate multiple competing priorities with sensitivity to deliverables
  • Well-developed stakeholder management skills, able to communicate with influence to guide, negotiate and ensure a consistent, professional experience
  • Agile delivery experience, able to work collaboratively across the team and engage relevant teams to coordinate delivery

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Retail Direct, the focus of this position is to develop world class marketing content and creative assets in line with our wider campaign strategy and Personal Everyday Banking (PEB) business objectives. Whilst this role centres on the support of creative content delivery, the wider scope of the position also includes a holistic customer experience focus ranging from events such as branch openings to Retail signage. This role will involve:

  • Delivering and driving the successful production of end-to-end creative and content assets across our one-to-one communications channels to drive growth, customer advocacy, engagement and retention outcomes
  • Improving the capability of creative/content development resources
  • Contributing to the reporting and optimisation of creative and content programs
  • Maintaining adherence to overarching NAB Group branding guidelines
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for optimisation to the benefit of the colleague and customer experience

Please note this is a 12 month fixed term opportunity with potential for further work within the team.
