We are seeking a talented individual to join the Consulting Services Team. In this role, you will report to the Group Manager, Consulting Services. This is a priority focus area for S3 Connected Health as we continue to help customers in the MedTech and Pharmaceutical industry develop digital ecosystems and connected solutions.
As a Consultant, you will plan and deliver complex and novel consulting projects for S3 Connected Health customers in MedTech. You will be an active team member helping our customers plan, organize, and create actionable deliverables to help them develop end-to-end digital health ecosystem strategies and digital health solutions. You will work to solve complex problems, deliver with excellence, and develop close working relationships with stakeholders to deliver actionable value.
As a MedTech Consultant, you will need a background in healthcare, research or technology with an ability to draw actionable insights from a variety of sources to support our clients in making informed strategic decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years experience in Medical Devices or MedTech either in Commercial, Product Development, Business Development, or R&D
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant Masters degree OR experience as a business analyst and/or the health care industry consultant, including but not limited to medical devices, pharmaceuticals, payers, health systems – preferably linked to digital and technology experience.
• Strong professional communication skills including written, verbal, interpersonal and in-person presentation expertise
• Ability to create presentation-ready deliverables for clients
• Experience creating and facilitating interactive workshops
• Strong research and analytical capabilities to distil pertinent information from various types of research sources.
• Attention to detail, organization, and planning skills
• High self-motivation, accountability, and encouragement toward others
• Ability to manage and work on multiple projects at the same time
• Interested in growing and taking on additional responsibilities as part of a fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment

EXPERIENCE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS IS A DISTINCT ADVANTAGE:

• Knowledge and familiarity with broader digital & technology in healthcare domain (US and/ or European healthcare systems)
• Medical or Clinical domain awareness
• Data strategy experience
• Design Experience
• Strategic Consulting (ideally in Digital Health)
• Exposure to software development & design process

• Work as part of a team to deliver work as expected to client, providing support, mentorship, and training to Consultants and Analysts as required. Working closely with and taking guidance from Senior consultants as required.
• Actively engage in MedTech facing projects and clients as a key point of contact for a S3 Connected Health Consulting Services.
• Responsibility for leading and supporting complex consultancy programs, including the end-to-end design, build, and execution of deliverables that meet overall project goals and objectives.
• Keep aware of market situation in digital healthcare and life science sector
• Lead the set-up of primary research and secondary research, train analysts in the required process and provide continued support to analysts
• Leading the conduct of research to deliver on research question and client requirements
• Distil pertinent information to task and clients requirements; providing training and guidance to analysts
• Effectively incorporate and use available tools to improve quality and efficiency of work – constantly looking to make the research process more efficient and accurate, searching and suggesting new tools
• Actively contribute during collaborative workshops and activities (internal or external), preparing material and contributing starting points for team decisions. As part of a team, contribute to final decision making.
• Make decisions about how to communicate materials, to client and support the analysts
• Contribute to the definition and design of solution concepts for products, apps, and services
• Contribute to defining business and solution strategy
• In line with expectations of the role, complete briefed tasks independently, delivering tasks to time and to the brief. Training the analysts, showing leadership in research process
• Active contribute to updates in client calls, and manage email communication when needed
