he role:

As a Consul an NBC Designer, 9 mon h fixed erm con rac oppor uni y, you will be responsible for providing exper level guidance and educa ion o marke ers and business s akeholders in Nex Bes Conversa ion (NBC) bes -prac ice and s ra egy, wi h a focus on he following:

• How o bring da a o life and use effec ively in he design of NBC’s
• How o leverage he componen s of Pega CDH o enable op imisa ion and managemen of NBC’s

he role and Day o day will include:

• Leads a eam of NBC Analys s who are ac ively involved in he design, configura ion and op imisa ion of NBC’s in Pega CDH. he eam will focus on a par icular por folio (e.g. Credi Cards, Home Lending). Analys s will also conduc descrip ive analy ics o assis in defining and op imising NBC’s
• Provides insigh s on por folio op imisa ion o maximise he value of NBC’s o Marke ing and Business s akeholders
• Works wi h o her delivery eam leads o ensure effec ive workload managemen / sequencing, leveraging bes prac ice for deploying and adap ing NBC s ra egies - covering new offers, proposi ions and capabili y build
• Se s he bar for and ensures compliance wi h change managemen bes prac ices & policies

Wha you will bring:

• Ex ensive demons ra ed experience working in a similar role wi hin da a driven communica ion across complex business se ings
• Previous hands-on experience coaching and se ing bes prac ice wi hin campaign managemen / communica ion eams
• Proven Pega Cus omer Decision Hub exper ise would be highly valued
• S rong knowledge of credi card da a
• Experience wi h Agile behaviours and principles
• Knowledge of da a and i ‘s applica ion in he design of NBC’s
• Knowledge of direc marke ing principles and processes
• Unders anding of cus omer s ra egy and proven exper ise in con ac op imiza ion
• S rong analy ical capabili y, wi h close a en ion o de ail
• Excep ional communica ion and nego ia ion skills; abili y o effec ively presen , engage and communica e wi h key s akeholders a all levels of seniori y
• Relevan er iary qualifica ion in business or rela ed discipline
