OVERVIEW

Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to women? Yorke and Northern Local Health Network are seeking a dedicated Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to join our team.

The Obstetrician & Gynaecologist is responsible for:

  • Manage patient care collaboratively, ensuring high standards of treatment.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotations for continuous patient support.
  • Supervise and lead our Labour ward with expertise and compassion.
  • Handle gynaecological emergencies effectively.
  • Engage in Continuous Quality Improvement and auditing activities.
  • Stay updated through continuing education initiatives.
  • Enjoy flexible rostering for Labour ward shifts, clinics, and theatre lists.
  • Mentor junior doctors and support midwives.
  • Contribute to clinical research to advance women’s health care.
  • Provide inclusive health care services without bias.
