As part of the wider Ogilvy Group, we provide advisory services across Brand Innovation and Business Transformation. We have a host of specialty practices ranging from Behavioral Science and Sustainability to Digital Transformation and Health/Wellness.
We are positioned as the strategic advisors to the C-Suite on all aspects of brand, marketing and business growth. We work with teams across Ogilvy and WPP, including visual identity, public relations and, of course, marketing communications and advertising as well as client teams and industry practices, such as Automotive, Telecoms and many more.
Ogilvy Consulting is seeking an experienced Consultant (f/m/d) in Berlin, Düsseldorf or Frankfurt.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-tier university, with a strong academic background
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a professional services company or marketing organization
  • Brand savvy-ness; understand the fundamentals of modern marketing and building strong brands in today’s world
  • Familiarity with Human Centered Design principles and methodologies
  • Able to draw human and cultural insights from data and observation
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to take initiative and to work independently and within a team
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English (German skills are a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day project engagement, including the client relationship
  • Contributing to client and business development as well as new project proposals
  • Developing breakthrough brand strategies and creative growth pathways.
  • Taking ownership of developing client deliverables and presentations
  • Leading client and external interviews and workshops.
  • Managing junior team members as necessary for the successful running of project engagements
  • Actively participating in the development of our practice, including training and mentorship
