HICAPS is a heal h claims and paymen s solu ion ha offers pa ien s and heal hcare providers he convenience of on- he-spo claiming for Priva e Heal h Insurance benefi s for ancillary services, Medicare easyclaim, he processing of pre-approved rea men s by several Governmen insurers including ICWA , AC and Worksafe Vic oria. HICAPS has over 140k+ providers, 40k+ erminals, 100% PHI funds and several governmen schemes.
Abou he role:
HICAPS is on a grow h and ransforma ion journey which involves a high degree of people, produc , process and echnology change. he Consul an , Prac ice Managemen Sof ware (PMS) & S ra egic Par nerships will play an impor an role in enabling he realisa ion of he HICAPS and NAB Heal h s ra egy.
he purpose of he role is o acquire, manage and deepen rela ionships wi h new and exis ing PMS par ners and indus ry bodies on behalf of HICAPS. his role will work closely wi h NAB Heal h bankers o iden ify whole of bank oppor uni ies.
he role is accoun able for delivering he HICAPS Corpora e s ra egy including he end- o-end sales funnel managemen and performance. A key objec ive is o provide excep ional cus omer service by fulfilling cus omer sales reques s wi hin agreed service level s andards.
his role will also be responsible for building s rong rela ionships wi h Indus ry bodies o bring o life new oppor uni ies. he successful candida e may be required o ravel in ers a e o mee wi h cus omers and represen HICAPS a indus ry even s and conferences.

Role Responsibili ies:

  • Iden ify new business and referral oppor uni ies & es ablish, develop and u ilise ne works of in ernal and ex ernal con ac s
  • Produc Knowledge and Exper ise: Develop a comprehensive unders anding of our capabili ies, produc s and services, keeping abreas of indus ry rends & bes prac ices, o effec ively consul wi h cus omers and prospec s on how our solu ions can mee heir specific needs.
  • Maximise he re urns genera ed from hese cus omers
  • Manage Mas er Agreemen s, con rac ing and pricing
  • Keep abreas of indus ry rends and issues and share relevan informa ion wi h s akeholders
  • Represen HICAPS a Indus ry Even s and build s rong rela ionships wi h Associa ions, a endance a Exhibi ions & Conferences ( his involves in ers a e ravel)
  • Develop complian sales ools, pi ch packs and processes and con ribu e o Marke ing campaigns
  • Manage he NAB Heal h rela ionship and referral model and raise Banker awareness of HICAPS
  • Deliver a rela ionship managemen plan ensuring mul i- level engagemen as appropria e
  • Behave in accordance wi h NAB’s Code of Conduc and demons ra e he En erprise Behaviours in all cus omer, communi y and employee in erac ions.

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years’ professional experience in a cus omer rela ionship managemen , accoun managemen , or sales role, preferably wi hin he heal hcare or echnology indus ry
  • Knowledge and experience of Prac ice Managemen Sof ware in a heal hcare se ing or he heal h insurance indus ry advan ageous
  • Proven rack record of high performance sales
  • Unders anding of risk obliga ions and knowledge of KYC an advan age.
