Der Consultant, Professional Services, ist direkt unserem Manager, Professional Services, unterstellt und berät unsere Kunden in Bezug auf Best Practices im Produktdatenmanagement, die Syndizierung von Produktinhalten und die Implementierung der entsprechenden technischen Lösungen.

Als Consultant, Professional Services bei 1WorldSync haben Sie unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:

• Steuerung der Implementierung unserer technischen Produkte und Lösungen im Bereich Product Content Management
• Aktive Beratung unserer Kunden aus Handel und Industrie, einschließlich Planung und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung
• Aufnahme und Auswertung von Kundenanforderungen
• Durchführen von internen und externen Schulungen und Workshops
• Ansprechpartner für interne Teams bei Fragen zu unseren Produkten und Lösungen
• Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Dokumentationen
• Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Technik, Vertrieb und Kundendienst sowie mit externen Partnern

• Für diese Stelle muss der Kandidat die Erlaubnis haben, in Deutschland zu arbeiten und sich in Deutschland aufhalten.
• Diese Position erfordert Reisebereitschaft, bis zu 20%.

  Reporting directly to our Manager, Professional Services, the Consultant, Professional Services will provide guidance and advice to customers with regards to best practice of product data management, syndication of product content and implementation of related technical solutions

As Consultant, Professional Services at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

• Manage the implementation of our technical products and solutions in the area of product content management
• Actively advise our customers from trade and industry, including planning and support during the implementation process
• Record and evaluate customer requirements
• Conduct internal and external training sessions and workshops
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams with questions about our products and solutions
• Create and update documentation
• Collaborate with the Technology, Sales and Customer Service departments

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Successful completion of a degree in economics with a focus on business administration, information technology or (business) informatics
• 5+ years of professional experience in technical project management and knowledge of project management methods
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• GDSN attribute and choreography knowledge preferred
• Experience in the successful planning and realization of technical implementation projects, e.g. machine-2-machine integration, DAM or PIM solutions
• Experience in conducting training courses and workshops
• Effective communication skills to distill key message and impacts
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, written and spoken
• You are characterized by your technical affinity and enjoy advising customers
• Strong analytical thinking skills and excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Knowledge of product master data management and / or data syndication with GDSN
• Customer and service orientation
• Ideally already have an industry background in FMCG, health care or DIY
