As a Consultant Project Manager Office (PMO), you will be responsible for setting up, documenting, and following up on the Project Management Office within the organization, in accordance with ISO 15378 standards. You will define, implement, and optimize both new and existing processes to meet the requirements of this standard and improve overall project management practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master in Engineering (Chemical, polymeer)
  • Extensive experience in project management and setting up PMOs.
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 15378 standards and application practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (ENG) and documentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading change and implementing new processes within an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting Up the PMO:
  • Design and implement a PMO structure that complies with ISO 15378.
  • Define roles and responsibilities within the PMO.
  • Establish governance structures, reporting lines, and communication channels.
  • Documenting Processes:
  • Prepare detailed process documentation for both new and existing processes.
  • Document procedures, workflows, and standards in line with ISO 15378.
  • Ensure central storage and access to all documentation for relevant stakeholders.
  • Defining and Optimizing Processes
  • Evaluate existing project management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop new processes to meet ISO 15378 requirements.
  • Integrate best practices and standards into all PMO processes.
  • Monitoring and Supervision
  • Monitor and report on project progress and compliance with ISO 15378.
  • Implement a continuous improvement process for all PMO activities.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Training and Support
  • Provide training and support to project teams on the implemented PMO processes and ISO 15378 requirements.
