Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools and processes
- At least 3 years of experience in consulting, with proven expertise in developing strategies and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus
- Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CSQA are desirable

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hybrid Consultant Quality Assurance to join our team in Germany.

This role requires a combination of leadership and management, balancing the ability to keep an eye on detail whilst ensuring progress towards larger business objectives. To succeed, you will need a mix of both technical competence and a firm background in quality and project management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective testing strategies and methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of software products
- Provide expert consulting services to clients on testing best practices, quality assurance processes and test automation solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements, define test plans and execute test cases
- Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve product quality and performance
- Manage client accounts and portfolios, including project planning, resource allocation and stakeholder communication
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in software testing, quality assurance and test automation technologies
- Think out of the box with new approaches and strategies
- Familiarity with wide range of testing capabilities incl. crowd testing and using AI in testing is a plus
