Responsibilities:
A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE…
Working within our Disability Employment Services Program you will be building and maintaining effective relationships with local employers, pro-actively understanding their resourcing needs and successfully matching candidates to opportunities. A solid understanding of people-centered case management principles including barrier management is core to your continued success.
This position is full-time, fixed-term role until June 2025 with possibility of extension, based in our Ballina office. Working hours 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday; in office.
