Application requirements
UNESCO invites you to submit in writing a consulting proposals for the work assignment described in the following section. For the preparation of this proposal, the elements to be considered are detailed below. In addition to completing the online application (mandatory), you must submit:
EDUCATION
Advanced University degree (Masters level) in business administration, public management, development studies, international relations, project management, communication, marketing or other fields relevant to partnerships building.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in resource mobilization.
- Proven successful engagement with main donors, including the private sector (above 100.000 USD).
- Minimum 10 years experience working in / for Latin America in development or humanitarian projects.
- Experience in supporting the organization of regional events and launching fundraising initiatives.
- Solution mind-set, strong flexibility, teamwork skills and ability to communicate well in a multicultural environment.
Language
- English Level: Fluent
- Spanish Level: Fluent
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- French Level: Good
- Portuguese level: Good
Contract Terms
Duration: 11 months, with possibility of extension depending on availability of resources and performance.
