Using primarily an SAP platform, the Competence Center ensures Continental’s Sales, Logistics and Finance organizations stay on the leading edge of all things digital. From managing service requests to developing the latest solutions and systems, we are the tech foundation of these organizations.

In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:

• Supporting and optimizing the SAP EWM system including integration of SAP S/4 HANA
• Conception of the logistics and supply chain processes with the key users of the specialist departments
• Supporting the highly customized traceability process and Radio Frequency Technology
• Supporting the innovation process when evaluating future technologies (S/4 Hana Transformation, RFID,…)
• Developing small solutions including customizing with ABAP, ABAP OO, Smart Forms, and more
• Participating in international global projects
• Coordinating and communicating between different internal and external partners

QUALIFICATIONS

• Academic degree in computer science, another technical field or an comparable qualification
• Several years of work experience with or around the mentioned technologies
• Thorough knowledge of SAP EWM
• A passion for IT supported processes in Logistics
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Intercultural sensitivity
• Capabilities to switch focus
• Keen attention to detail
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• First experience with project management beneficial
• Professional working proficiency in English, German skills of advantage (developable through training)
• Open to travel up to 20 %, mainly in European locations
