Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager - Business Analysis in ITSM

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst
At least 2 years of business requirement gathering & definition experience related to Financial Industry
Documentation experience in project management context (PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills are required)
Systematic knowledge of IT Service Management(ITSM) (e.g. ITIL)
Client-facing experience
Working experience in a consulting firm & financial industry

Enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) project management capabilities of the IT department in the client organization.
Analyse workload of each project and task
Adjust master schedule of each project
Gather business requirement from business users and draft relevant documents (e.g. Business Requirement Definition doc, workflows) and corporate with business user to complete the documents.
Draft IT Service Management (ITSM) guidelines for IT department, the template of IT Service Management (ITSM) deliverables (e.g. Policy, Standard, Procedure, Manual, Roles and Responsibilities, etc) and the project status reports for IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement
Other relevant tasks (e.g. meeting facilitation, documentation, proposal of further improvement etc.)
