he role:
he Senior Inclusive Designer a NAB is dedica ed o championing accessibili y and inclusive design across all our digi al pla forms.

Your oppor uni y:

• Ensuring ha all digi al produc designs mee in erna ional web accessibili y s andards, such as WCAG 2.2 o AA s andard.
• Suppor he design process o ensure inclusivi y in all digi al banking produc s and services, considering diverse cus omer needs including hose wi h disabili ies.
• Assis wi h user research and usabili y es ing wi h a diverse range of users, including people wi h various disabili ies, o ga her insigh s for improving accessibili y and user experience.
• Collabora ing wi h various eams o promo e accessibili y s andards
• Work closely wi h he Principal o educa e and rain in ernal eams on he impor ance of accessibili y and inclusive design and advoca ing for hese principles in all projec s.
• S akeholder Engagemen : Communica ing effec ively wi h s akeholders a all levels abou he impor ance and impac of inclusive design
• Suppor wi h he developmen of NAB’s accessibili y guidelines in line wi h curren s andards and legal requiremen s.
• Moni oring, analysing, and repor ing on he effec iveness of accessibili y ini ia ives

Wha you will bring:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digi al design, wi h a s rong por folio demons ra ing exper ise in aes he ic, inclusive and accessible design.
• Excellen knowledge of WCAG 2.2 guidelines and how o apply hem o complex digi al experiences.
• Proven experience in design projec s and collabora ing wi h large, mul idisciplinary eams. Large corpora ions experience preferred.
• Proven presen a ion and persuasion skills, wi h he abili y o ar icula e he value of inclusive design o various s akeholders.
• S rong in design and pro o yping ools, as well as familiari y wi h fron -end developmen prac ices and how hey impac accessibili y.
