Description & Requirements
Functional Training Consultant providing implementation and training services for the HMS hotel property management solution and leadership to team of consultants.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Supervises team of HMS consultants.
• Provides remote training via MS Teams or other collaboration tool to groups of paying clients following HMS standard curriculum agendas.
• Assists with system configuration tasks.
• Provides remote live support following installation of HMS to ensure product adoption.

What You Will Need:

• Hospitality / Hotel past job experience in Front Office, Reservations, or other customer facing role.
• English language fluency
• Supervisory experience
• Computer proficiency with MS Office products and collaboration tools
• Good communication skills

What Will Put You Ahead?

• Past teaching / training experience
• Self-motivated
