Description:

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in Portland, Oregon and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Designing and developing data validation processes, and performing data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps, utilizing Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM);
  • Participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for software applications, including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations of urgent issues;
  • Implementing compliant Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Talent Management, and working with the business on data conversions and data analysis to retire legacy systems;
  • Facilitating requirement gathering, to-be process flow confirmation, design workshops, System Integrating testing & User Acceptance testing workshops, and cutover support for client meetings, utilizing Jira, HP Quality Center, and SQL;
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing primarily on Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management modules, along with smaller modules including Talent Management, Recruitment, and Time & Labor;
  • Evaluating clients’ technology needs, drafting technical and functional design documentation, and customizing Oracle Cloud HCM configurations for client-specific needs; and,
  • Performing payroll reconciliation, leveraging custom-built SQL queries and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) reports to ensure data integrity.

Provide Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Work to improve the ability to react in the digital world and enable innovation and scalability, remove performance barriers, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with Oracle solutions. Help manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond, helping to link IT programs to organizational goals, while utilizing Oracle modules. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Assist in developing operational efficiency by maintaining data ecosystems, sourcing analytical expertise and providing Oracle offerings for continuous insights and improvements.

  • 50% Travel required nationally.
