Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct civil infrastructure and building condition assessments
  • Perform site inspection, testing, and analysis
  • Assess materials durability and develop remediation plans
  • Prepare remediation specifications and manage corrosion and cathodic protection designs
  • Develop asset maintenance strategies
  • Support remediation contracting division
  • Collaborate with Spatial division to deliver 3D reality asset models for digital delivery of assessments and defect management
  • Prototype and trial innovative technology solutions
  • Lead the digitisation of business work flow by adopting new software
  • Write reports and manage projects
  • Assist in proposal writing, business development, and client relationship management
  • Short-term travel to project sites as required

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil/Structural or Materials Engineering or related field
  • Experience in inspection and assessment of concrete/steel structures
  • Business development experience and ability to build positive client relationships
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Australian driver’s license required
