Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct civil infrastructure and building condition assessments
- Perform site inspection, testing, and analysis
- Assess materials durability and develop remediation plans
- Prepare remediation specifications and manage corrosion and cathodic protection designs
- Develop asset maintenance strategies
- Support remediation contracting division
- Collaborate with Spatial division to deliver 3D reality asset models for digital delivery of assessments and defect management
- Prototype and trial innovative technology solutions
- Lead the digitisation of business work flow by adopting new software
- Write reports and manage projects
- Assist in proposal writing, business development, and client relationship management
- Short-term travel to project sites as required
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Civil/Structural or Materials Engineering or related field
- Experience in inspection and assessment of concrete/steel structures
- Business development experience and ability to build positive client relationships
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Australian driver’s license required
