JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our consulting operations team. As a consulting operations intern, you will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced customer success, quality assurance and methodology development experts and contribute to our growth and innovation.
Starting date: May 1, 2024
Employment Duration: 4 months
Salary: $3200/Month
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Employee time: Full-time
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as economics, statistics, marketing, business, or management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for clear and concise writing.
- A strong interest and curiosity in AI applications and implications.
- A customer-oriented mindset, with a passion for solving problems and delivering value.
- A collaborative and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, from May 1st to September 1st.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Impro Leadership and Performance Strategy team to assist in special projects and improve processes.
- Help with the onboarding, training, and retention of new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients, and report on their needs, challenges, and suggestions.
- Support our methodology development team with content creation.
- Conduct research on best practices and trends in AI-powered management and performance, and share your insights and findings with the team.
