Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Project Delivery Manager in Nashville, Tennessee and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Participating in all phases of the Agile project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for enterprise-level clients;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Confluence and Microsoft (MS) Word;
• Reviewing codes and providing recommendations for solution implementation, utilizing Sonar, and Atlassian Jira;
• Setting up Continuous Build (CB), Continuous Integration (CI) and source code management to achieve fully automated CI/Continuous Delivery (CD), utilizing Bamboo, Bitbucket, and Jira;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs, utilizing Jira, and Jama;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing MS Project; and
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing MS Word, and PowerPoint.

WORK YOU’LL DO

Manage software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company’s profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

• 80% Travel required nationally
