We are looking for a Consulting Sales Specialist - Azure to join our team! As the Consulting Sales Specialist - Azure, you will drive and close Azure and other Solution Area Consulting opportunities within the Northeast Region, spanning media, telecom, sports, hospitality, professional services, energy and much more. You will develop and win market-making opportunities with our Partner Delivery teams in order to enable transformational customer outcomes and accelerate cloud growth in Microsoft’s most strategic enterprise customers. Additionally, you will be able to close opportunities in the Security and Business Applications solution areas, in partnership with other Consutling Sales Specialists.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of technology-related sales in Azure or account management experience
• OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
• 4+ years of Azure Cloud and Azure services experience.

ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
• OR Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
• OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
• 4+ years of solution or services sales experience.
• Prefer a candidate who is Azure certified.
  Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,300 - $180,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $140,900 - $199,000 per year.
