COULD YOU BE OUR NEXT CONSUMER BUSINESS INSIGHTS ANALYST?

This is an opportunity to be part of one of the world’s favourite consumer brands and help bring millions of Macca’s customers voice to life. This position is for someone seeking an Insights role where your findings drive impact. What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?

  • Partnering and advising subject matter experts from around the Macca’s business.
  • Advocating for the customer and helping shape strategic direction of key platforms.
  • Owning continuous tracking tools, including market share, communications, brand and experience tracking.
  • Work closely with our trusted research suppliers ensuring we are working well as a collective.
  • Championing the customer voice in various forums to ensure we are staying customer centric.
  • Coaching and collaborating with other teams on how to use consumer data to improve decision making.
  • Crafting compelling narratives using a combination of qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Translating data into clear, concise, and impactful insights.
  • Leading projects end to end, maximizing insight from our investment.
  • Being a trusted strategic business partner, helping stakeholders navigate the complexity of consumer data.
  • Owning relationships with our agency partners to ensure we are delivering best in class projects.
