Consumer Care Representative

Responsibilities:

OUR ROLE

As a Consumer Care specialist your role is pivotal in creating a premium consumer service experience. You will be instrumental in ensuring that every interaction with our consumers reflects our commitment to excellence and quality. This position is based in Espoo, Finland and reports to our Team Lead, Consumer Services. The role is full-time and is hybrid. Our team is composed of vibrant individuals from different walks of life, creating a collaborative and spirited work environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to ensure optimal consumer experience and engagement.
  • Handle incoming consumer inquiries via various channels (emails, phones, chats) promptly.
  • Follow up on open consumer inquiries through outbound contacts to find the best solutions.
  • Identify consumer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
  • Maintain ownership of consumer contacts throughout the lifecycle of a request, including follow-ups.
  • Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets, achieving all service, productivity, and quality objectives.
  • Identify sales and revenue opportunities within the existing product suite and upsell when appropriate.
  • Create and maintain records of consumer contacts and actions taken, using provided tools/case management systems.
