SUPPORT MARKET DIGITAL CAPABILITIES ADOPTION

  • Assist market delivery teams on product capabilities understanding
  • Provide the right training and documentation directly or through its team
  • Actively work with markets in piloting and enhancing capabilities, translating learnings into additional market initiatives
  • Secure product features documentation is up to date and lead the necessary deep dives and sessions to secure a good understanding of the products capabilities across the organization

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Physics, Operations Research, Engineering or a related field
  • 6+ years of Business professional experience (with relevant industry experience) focusing on data discovery and analysis across multinational FMCG organizations.
  • Proven working experience on project management
  • Experience working with data & analytics topics
  • Experience on budget management, project management tools, agile team coordination
  • Experience in working on main Consumer Data Platforms (i.e. Treasure Data), Marketing Automation Platforms (i.e. Adobe Campaign), Google Analytics/Tag Manager
  • Fluent in English

WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE:

The Consumer Data Platform Product Manager role exists to serve as the foremost authority on consumer data products within the JTI Digital Ecosystem. The purpose of this position is to define, prioritize, and oversee the development of consumer data-driven features and initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance user experiences. The Consumer Data Platform Product Manager collaborates closely with business owners and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery and evolution of consumer data products, driving innovation and value creation.
The Consumer Data Platform Product Manager operates within the framework of Agile methodologies, leveraging their expertise to guide the development of consumer data products. He has authority over defining product roadmaps, prioritizing backlog items, and elaborating on requirements within the scope of consumer data initiatives. However, he must collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader business strategies and goals, especially regarding data privacy and regulatory compliance.
