BAT MALAYSIA IS LOOKING FOR A CONSUMER EXPERIENCE DEPLOYMENT EXECUTIVE - CONVERSION

SENIORITY LEVEL: Junior Management
FUNCTION: Marketing
SALARY RANGE: Base salary + excellent benefits + market leading bonus
LOCATION: Damansara Heights, KL

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Possess at least a Degree or equivalent preferably majored in Marketing, Digital, or eCommerce.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in similar role and has experience in managing minimum of 1 e-commerce platforms, and experience in category management/account management.
  • Proven track record in managing agency partnerships as well as successfully managing internal and external partners.
  • Ability to work at activation/ operational level and with adequate level of strategical thinking. Hands-on self-starter.
  • High energy, resilient, great teammate and innovative thinker that is committed to building key relationships across the business to positively influence business results through Digital.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities:

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible in managing and optimizing eCommerce platforms (3rd party marketplace, web store, and online reseller), ensuring a seamless consumer experience, and driving revenue growth.
Reports to: Consumer Experience Deployment Manager
Reporting Level: Manage Self & Others
Geographic Scope: Direct Reporting Business Units

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Identifying performance strategic analysis of the business environment including customer needs, driven realities to identify unique market opportunities.
  • Responsible for translating the BAT Malaysia e-commerce strategy across platforms (marketplaces, quick commerce, online reseller, and webstore) into action.
  • Help to build digital knowledge and practices in e-commerce to relevant working teams and partners.
  • Work closely with e-commerce agency and platforms to devise campaign calendar with recommended promotion and ways to drive traffic.
  • Coordinate product listings, pricing and promotions across all online channels in accordance with governance process.
  • Ensure timely order processing, fulfilment and delivery, while maintaining high level of consumer care services.
  • Work closely with the supply chain and other partners to manage inventory levels and to ensure product availability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, standard processes, and emerging technologies across platforms.
  • Work closely with the consumer care team to address consumer inquiries feedback, and complaints related to online purchases.
