Consumer Insights Analyst: Client-side role with Mega Brand

Flow Recruitment is partnering with a global mega-brand to appoint a Consumer Insights Analyst.
Reporting to the Consumer Insights Manager, this role will give you great exposure to senior leaders across the business to CMO/CFO level.
Joining a high-performing and dedicated Insights team, the objective of the role is to create compelling business and customer insights, taking senior stakeholders on the journey.
Their work covers the entire gamut of research projects; Brand, Comms, Innovation, Product, Customer, and you will get to work with a range of data types, quantitative and qualitative MR data, sales, loyalty, app data and more.
They are a small, nimble team who are leaned on by the business as Insights Specialists. They use research suppliers to do the heavy lifting (i.e. brand tracking work) with the team focusing on the translation and commercial implementation of insights.
This role will be perfect for an agency side Market Researcher / Insights Consultant with sound quantitative / dualist skills, looking to keep the dynamic nature of their role in a client-side environment. You will be excited by working with different data types, across Insight teams and with a diverse group of internal stakeholders.
From week one, you will have the opportunity to present to Heads of Marketing and be quickly involved in the creative process from taking an insight into production.
