Description:

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline, or above.
  • Min. 5 years of working experience in consumer insights, consumer research and user experience test.
  • Previous experience in durable products (e.g. home appliances, automotive industry) is considered as strong advantage; experience in FMCG is acceptable. Having experience in both research agency side and client side is a plus.
  • Very familiar with European markets with solid knowledge and experience in both quantitative and qualitative research, hands-on experience in conducting / moderating consumer interviews.
  • Very good communication and stakeholder management skills, working in a fast-paced intercultural working environment and complex organizational matrix.
  • Result-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit with “can-do” attitude, down-to-the earth, fast learner, strong analytical and consultative skills
  • Excellent English skill in both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

  • Design, initiate and execute consumer insight research to build up knowledge base for products / features / selling points innovation, as well as generate technology trends for next generation products for European markets
  • Generate insights and recommendations to ensure proper consideration of consumers into new product planning
  • Lead the collection and systematic analysis of country market data (panels, socio-economy, culture, demography, etc.), ensuring information quality and accuracy
  • Responsible for understanding the market and VOC (Voice of the Customer) in the early stage of the NPD, and monitoring and review progress and quality management in the execution.
  • Provide strategic advice and decision making to Laundry Division
