Description:

About the Role: As the Consumer Liaison Consultant, you will provide a clinical lens on consumer feedback, with an aim to ensure responses are clinically relevant to the feedback received from consumers. You will liaise with the clinical teams to clarify clinical information and to formulate a response that meets health literacy requirements. This position is pivotal in providing feedback to clinicians in the area of consumer feedback when further support is identified and to ensure a consistent standard of response is achieved across the organisation.
