JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist with our Optional Products team located in Oshkosh, WI. This Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist will performs a variety of clerical duties in conjunction with Optional Product Refunds. An ideal candidate will have excellent time management, communication skills, extremely detailed oriented.

Additional Duties:

  • Monitor refunds to ensure state regulatory SLA requirements.
  • Collaborate with multiple vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data flow.
  • Review and respond to emails from dealers/providers and other business lines.
  • Reconcile weekly remittance received from Vendor.
  • Identify and research anomalies while completing daily functions.
  • Handles outbound calls to venders to obtain information needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five or more years of related experience

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Basic reading, writing, mathematical and calculator skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications including Excel
