DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
As Consumer Services Coordinator you will be primarily responsible for the timely intake of quality or safety related customer cases coming in via various sources. In this position you collaborate closely with the Benelux and Corporate Regulatory, Quality & Safety colleagues as well as Benelux Marketing and Supply colleagues to strive to help the customer the best.
Location: Ghent, Belgium. Hybrid working model.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in scientific area, or vocational training with minimum of 4 years working experience
- Excellent communicator; trilingual (NL, FR, ENG) – spoken and written;
- Proficient administrative & computer skills esp. Microsoft (word, excel, powerpoint); experience with Trackwise and Sharepoint is an asset
- Punctual, eye for detail; well organized & structured
- Able to work under time pressure

Responsibilities:
Timely intake in Trackwise System of quality or safety related customer cases (product quality complaints, product inquiries, adverse events) coming in via various sources (phone, mail, social media channels).
- Ensure customer phone calls, emails & social media channels are handled during the day.
- Ensure timely and accurate translation (EN) and registration in Trackwise system of enquiries, product quality complaints, vigilance cases (adverse events) according to Perrigo procedures.
- As part of investigation of cases you work closely with Global Safety, and local Regulatory Quality Safety colleagues, as well as Marketing and Supply colleagues.
- You handle the receipt and the received complaint samples for investigation of product quality complaints in a timely manner. You are in contact with the product manufacturer to continue to help the customer to obtain a satisfactory response.
- Responsible that case follow-up is provided in a timely manner; if needed, multiple attempts towards the customers shall be undertaken to strive to collect all required information.
- Ensure that cases are timely and punctually closed in the Trackwise system; perform periodic review of open cases for this purpose.
