In this role, your academic background in Psychology, Marketing, Business, or a related field will serve as a solid foundation, ideally complemented by 1-2 years of hands-on experience in an Insights/Consumer Research capacity, preferably within a multinational corporation, particularly in the FMCG sector, or within an agency.
Your proficiency in project management will be instrumental in overseeing project lifecycles efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination with stakeholders at every stage.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a “CSU Biscuits Specialist” to support the CSU PG Biscuits Manager within Ferrero´s global Consumer Insights department CSU (Consumer & Shopper Understanding).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, your ability to grasp and refine briefs from internal stakeholders will be central. Understanding their needs deeply will lay the groundwork for crafting effective research strategies. Collaborating closely with your manager, you’ll jointly determine the optimal approach to address research briefs and meet marketing objectives. Your role extends to overseeing project setup, judiciously allocating team resources, and ensuring seamless day-to-day project management. The final reports, enriched with your insights and recommendations, will reflect your dedicated involvement.
Your role extends beyond project management to encompass delivering insightful transversal and meta-analyses. Leveraging existing knowledge on pertinent topics, you’ll contribute to a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and attitudes within the biscuits category. Additionally, you’ll provide vital support in administrative tasks, ensuring operational efficiency across various initiatives. Your comprehensive analyses will be instrumental in driving informed decision-making processes within the team.
Effective communication lies at the heart of your responsibilities. Regular interaction with both internal and external stakeholders demands adept communication skills. Your ability to convey project progress, address concerns, and align expectations will play a central role in ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. By fostering transparent and collaborative communication channels, you’ll uphold the standards of excellence expected within the global marketing team managing Ferrero’s biscuits portfolio.
